Four week Iyengar Foundations Series $65
Sunday 11:30am-12:30pm
In-person only. This 4-week series is recommended for students new to the Iyengar method. You will learn the fundamentals of Iyengar yoga, including principles of alignment, how to use the props and how to develop your concentration and self awareness. Classes are designed to increase your strength, flexibility, awareness and help relieve stress. With an emphasis on standing poses you will build your stamina and confidence. Modifications are given when needed. Each class includes postures, philosophy, breathwork, and relaxation.
All ages, body types, and abilities are welcome.
