Iyengar yoga is a wonderful tool to support and empower your body and mind as you age. Classes are designed with a focus on increasing strength, mobility, balance, and injury prevention. Postures are taught with the support of props including the wall and chairs. Classes include personalized attention, modifications, active and restorative postures as well as breathwork,all in a supportive environment.
