PRIVATE SESSIONS

Personalize your yoga practice

Private sessions allow you to work around your schedule and meet your individual needs and goals. Learn at your own pace in a personalized and encouraging environment. You will gain strength and confidence while reducing tension and stress. If you have injuries, limitations or specific issues working one-on-one will teach you what postures can support your healing, as well as modifications using props so you can get the most from your practice. If you are new to yoga and interested in getting started, individual instruction can help prepare you to join an ongoing group class or set up a home practice.

 Private sessions are offered online and in-person.
