According to B.K.S. Iyengar, practicing yoga is a "natural therapy for stress". Come learn some poses that will help you internalize calmness and stability so that you can face stressors with equanimity. This class will use props to support the body. Dress in comfortable layers. Please contact the instructor, Christy Chase, if you have any questions or injuries.
